San Juan’s Biennial International Artisans’ Fair
May 4-13, 2012 – Plaza Colón – Old San Juan
Every two years, Old San Juan hosts one of the world’s major International Fairs to display the work of artisans from more than 30 countries and Puerto Rico. Based in Old San Juan’s Plaza Colón, the festival features artcraft for sale by the artists, workshops, exhibitions, seminars and some of Puerto Rico’s favorite entertainers.
Small Hotels in Old San Juan will be very popular during the festival, so make your reservations early.
Small Hotels in Condado, Ocean Park and Isla Verde are just a 10-20 minute bus ride away from Old San Juan with the new C53 bus that has frequent service along Isla Verde Avenue and Condado’s Ashford Avenue before crossing the lagoon to Old San Juan. Bus fare is only .75 each way, exact change required.
Hotels in Miramar are a just 10 minutes away from Plaza Colón with the M3 bus .50 each way, exact change required.
